The SEAT Altea is the first small MPV os Spanish brand SEAT and is based on the platform of VW Golf V. In the other hand, VW Golf Plus is based on SEAT Altea.

Styles and Major Options

SEAT Altea is offered in several body styles: standard version, XL (a longer version), and Freetrack, a SUV version of the XL. The third generation of SEAT Toledo is based also in SEAT Altea.

The XL were launched in 2006 and the Freetrack in 2007.


Safety

The SEAT Altea was the first SEAT that obtained five EURONCAP stars. Also SEAT Altea XL and Toledo Mk III have obtained five stars.
