Patrick Schiavone is an automobile designer, currently in charge of trucks for North America at Ford Motor Company. Schiavone previously oversaw North American car design at Ford until giving up that post to Moray Callum on May 1, 2006.
Schiavone is credited with the design of the eleventh-generation Ford F-150, the best-selling vehicle in the world. He also directed the design of the Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator, and ill-fated Lincoln Blackwood. His most notable design was the 1994 Ford Mustang, a refresh that is said to have saved the "pony car" from extinction. Other Ford cars designed by Schiavone include the Ford Focus and Ford Contour.
