With fuel prices ever soaring higher and higher there is very little on the market to help out the consumer who requires a full size pickup truck. Chevrolet has stepped up with a measure response with the 2007 Silverado 1500 Hybrid. Not what most would consider a wonderful solution considering a 10% gain in mileage is the most that can be expected from Chevy's "Mild Hybrid" but any savings at this point are probably very welcome.

If the meager savings at the pump is the bad news however the good news would be that there was no loss of power in a vehicle whoses segment in which hauling power is greatly important.

With fuel prices ever soaring higher and higher there is very little on the market to help out the consumer who requires a full size pickup truck. It is estimated Vue Green Line will reduce fuel consumption 20% by:

The EPA does not have solid figures as of now but do estimate the mileage for the Vue Green Line to be around 27 mpg city/32 mpg highway. Which is the best highway mileage of any SUV hybrid or conventional.
