 The '''HTT Plèthore''' (formerly '''Locus Plèthore'''), dubbed the "Quebec Bomb", developed by [[HTT Locus Technologies]] in Quebec, led by [[Luc Chartrand]], debut at the 2007 [[Montreal Auto Show]] as a preproduction foam prototype. Chartrad and HHT Locus technologies has been developing collapsable steering wheel for Champ car and mastering composite chassis reconstruction for Ferraris and Lamborghinis. Beside it, a GM Performance 8.2L small block rated at 550 - 1000 hp (claimed by HHT Locus website) was displayed with a potential of up to 1300 hp.
