Since we have been left for dead by parent site [http://www.internetbrands.com/ Internet Brands], Wikicars will be merging with Shoutwiki [http://en.auto.shoutwiki.com/wiki/Main_Page Autopedia]. 			...Speaking of which, I would also like to officially announce the formation of the '''Spam Police program'''. Basically, a spam police is obligated to perform '''RC patrols everytime, he/she logs in'''. The point is a more organized way of dealing with these pests. There are two units to join into, Admin-Sysops, being that they hold more power, join the '''"Officer" Ranks''', while members obtain '''"Deputy" status''' and will only be obligated to report such breach. I am planning to change this situation, though, if and when I recieve "Bureaucrat" status by granting members the power to block IP addresses and seize and protect "spam hotspots".
