Perana (also known as Basil Green Motors) is a boutique sports car manufacturer based in Johannesburg, South Africa. The company began by converting Ford Cortinas, Capris, Escorts, Granadas and Sapphires into Saloon Car Championship race cars. Recently, the company has branched out to manufacturing its own bespoke sports car, in collaboration with Italian styling house Zagato, called the Z-One.
